Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“hereinafter referred to as GDPR“).

III. Purposes of personal data processing

We process your personal data in order to:
  • Answers to your questions and requests via the contact form.
  • Selection procedure: If you are applying for a job with us, we use your CV and other documents to select candidates and to conclude an employment relationship. After the tender process ends, we may retain the data for a limited time so that we can reach out to you if a position reopens or if a similar opportunity arises.
  • Provision of products and services: When you use our products or services, we process your data for their delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations. At the same time, we keep them in order to be able to respond to possible legal disputes or requests from state authorities.

  • Slick — help with targeting and optimizing ads. Operated by Seznam.cz, a.s.
  • LinkedIn Ads — we use it for targeted advertising campaigns on the LinkedIn platform. It is operated by LinkedIn Corporation.
  • Twitter Advert — serves for targeting and optimizing ads on Twitter (X) and allows users to be reached according to their interests and behavior. It is operated by X Corp., part of X Holdings Group.
  • TikTok Advert — we use it to create and manage advertising campaigns on the TikTok platform, allowing to reach specific target groups based on their interests and interactions. It is operated by TikTok Technology Limited.
These tools may use cookies that track your activities on the site. The collected data is anonymous and is not linked to personal data obtained through the contact form.

V. Legal basis of processing

The processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller or your consent, if required by law. The provision of data via the contact form is voluntary, but without this data we cannot answer your questions.

How to disable Google Analytics tracking

If you do not want to provide anonymous website usage data to Google Analytics, you can use plugin provided by Google. Once installed in your browser and activated, the data will no longer be sent. On January 1, 2022
